The Company
This is where you can learn about Better Beginnings and its history. I have been involved in midwifery,
since 1990, first as an apprentice and then started my own practice in 1995. I started making the masks in 1993.
I found that when the ladies, who had the masks made, saw the mask they were very pleased. I think it really helped
them feel good about how they really looked while pregnant. I retired from homebirth in 1997 because of an accident
that caused me to break my right shoulder. I continue to make the masks and paint them though.
